Sterling is home. Our shop is on Worcester Road, which makes it the first route we run and the easiest town in our coverage area to get back to mid-season.

Being based here means Sterling installs get scheduled early and serviced fast. If a section goes dark in December, we are minutes away rather than an hour out.

We light everything from village houses near the common to the long rural frontages out toward Princeton and Redemption Rock Trail, plus the businesses along Route 12 and Route 62.

Sterling is our home town and every install here is quoted for the whole season: design, commercial-grade LEDs, installation, in-season repairs, and takedown between January and March.

Installs start at $250 — most run $6 to $12 per linear foot.
Where you land depends on roofline length, height and access, and how much of the yard you want lit. We quote after walking the property.

Yes. Storefront and office-park lighting along the Route 12 and Route 62 corridors is quoted the same way as residential — by roofline length, height, and access.

We recommend booking by early November. Slots fill quickly as the season approaches, and early bookings get first choice of install dates.

We supply commercial-grade LED lights, clips, and extension cords for every job. If you already own lights you would like used, let us know at your consultation.

Give us a call. Bulb and section repairs during the season are included in your install.

Yes. Takedown runs from January through March and is included in every install package. You never have to call to schedule it.
